Human Resources Supervisor

The Human Resources Supervisor supports the Human Resources division in creating a positive, consistent employee experience across the organization. This role is a key resource for staff and supervisors, providing day-to-day support across the employee lifecycle—including recruitment, onboarding, training, employee relations, safety reporting, and HR administration—while helping ensure practices are fair, clear, and aligned with organizational policies and applicable requirements.
