The Department of Business at Bethel University was tasked in 2014 to cultivate strategic initiatives to grow and develop the department. As a part of this effort, the Bethel Business Academy (BBA) was born. Dr. Chris Kaiser, Associate Professor of Business, and director of the academy will detail the development of this program. The BBA is a three-day overnight academic camp designed to empower high school students to confidently seek a business career centered on their interests and strengths.
