It was 1995. Ciceron was born over drinks and dinner at an Italian bistro in San Francisco.

The Web was a wee bit back then. There was no Google. No YouTube. No WiFi. No streaming audio, video or on-demand programming. People hated it when pages had images on them because they would have to wait for them to load.

Fast forward to 2023. The firm Andrew Eklund founded that day is now one of the fastest growing digital agencies as recognized by AdWeek, Inc. 5000, and the Business Journal’s Fast 50, having stuck to its guns that digital consumer experience is still the most significant, game-changing business influence of the past century. Entire markets have emerged as a result of disintermediation and disruption of traditional customer relationships and business models. Power shifts constantly. Simply stated, those who are nimble, open, and adaptive win.

Andrew has keynoted, moderated and served on panels on a whole host of topics related to digital, from the advancement of AI and business intelligence to data-driven marketing performance models.

  Ron joined Augeo in 2022 and serves as Chief Product Officer. Ron's earlier role as CTO of Structural has now transitioned to Augeo where he provides expertise and guidance on product and engineering. Prior to this role, Ron has spent 20+ years in technology and was CTO at Pearson VUE where he was responsible for products and services at the world's largest assessment organization. 

Ron has a master's in software engineering from the University of Minnesota and is an avid learner: currently focusing on AI and tech leadership. Away from work, he enjoys time with his wife and family, and cycling the Twin Cities' paved trails.

Michelle Tran Maryns is the Founder & CEO (or Sparkler-in-Chief) at We Sparkle Co, a public benefit corporation dedicated to building a strong + more inclusive economy by equipping underestimated entrepreneurs, especially women and people of color, with the AI-powered tools they need to succeed. Prior to starting this Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) social enterprise, Michelle helped thousands of entrepreneurs through her work as Chief of Strategic Initiatives at Meda, a community development financial institution named by the U.S. Department of Commerce as the top minority business development agency in the country for four years in a row.
