What should the Midway look like in 5, 10, 20 years? Attend the 2026 Economic Development Summit to tell us what you think and hear from others. At the Summit, you can gain insight into future plans and hear from some who have control over potential developments.

11:45 a.m.- 1 p.m. What do commercial property managers think are the best (and worst) assets of the Midway? Hear their insight when we are joined by a panel of Midway commercial property managers, including Metro Plains; Steve Wellington, Wellington Management; Mitch Robertson, Suntide Commercial Realty; Becca Krieger, Capital Partners
1-2 p.m. Snelling University Alliance: What's Your Vision for the Midway? Our event concludes with an opportunity for you to tell the Snelling University Alliance your vision for our community. You will get into small groups to talk specific parcels and potential land uses.
