In the 1950s and 60s, the Rondo community in Saint Paul was ripped apart with the construction of Interstate 94. The prominent African-American community saw 700 family homes torn down and 300 businesses closed in the name of progress. Now, a plan would reconnect Rondo with a community land bridge over the interstate. Learn more about the history and find out project details, including proposed uses, size, need, and cost when you attend March 9. Click here to learn more about the proposal.
