The Midway Chamber of Commerce Leadership Awards recognize our outstanding members; both individuals and organizations/businesses, who contribute in keeping our Midway thriving on a daily basis throughout the year. To nominate someone, simply complete this submission form HERE.
As we work together to build a stronger Midway, we call upon our versatile members for nomination submissions. As you carefully and thoughtfully consider who you want to bestow the honor of a nomination on, you may be wondering what guidelines would one use when determining how to nominate someone? Our eligibility criteria for nominating is outlined HERE.

Donate to our auction & support us as we build a better Midway together!
We will recognize our donors in the following ways:
- Item listed, including the name of your organization, on the bidding site which will be seen 4 days prior to and at the event.
- The auction will be seen by approx. 500 people.
- Items will be displayed with the name of your organization at the event
- Receive recognition on the Midway Chamber of Commerce website.

Please note, that starting EOD Jan 29, one week out from the event, admission ticketing will incur a $15 surcharge for the extra effort and costs to coordinate last-minute attendees, catering needs, badge printing, and alter seating arrangements. We appreciate your understanding.

Seating requests will be taken into consideration as a 'suggestion', but the Midway Chamber reserves the right to re-arrange as needed.
