DESCRIPTION:Leadership Summit at Augsburg University\n\nWednesday\, June 13th\n\n8:30 a.m.   1p.m.\n\n \n\nThe Midway Chamber is proud to once again host the Leadership Summit at Augsburg University. This half day event is full of great information you can take back to the office\n\n\n\n\n\nAt lunch\, hear from keynote speaker Dr. MayKao Hang\, president/CEO\, Amherst H. Wilder Foundation. Dr. Hang is one of the best known leaders in the Twin Cities\, and has received multiple awards including being named a Most Admired CEO by the Minneapolis-St. Paul Business Journal in 2017.\n\n\n\nThe morning will begin with your choice of Leadership Workshops followed by our Monthly Luncheon.  You may choose 1 of the following:\n\n \nSession 1: Explore how you process information\n\nExplore how you process information!  Join us in learning about I Opt \,   an assessment tool that can  provide insights about your work style & behavior by measuring your information processing preference. \n\n	These insights help  you understand how your preferences influence your interactions with others & help you navigate opportunities & obstacles.  \n	Be  better prepared to  identify situations in which you can make contributions & those where your efforts are likely to be less productive.\n\nThis knowledge can improve personal productivity and job satisfaction . Prior to the workshop\, participants will complete a short (less than ten minutes) online survey. The results of this survey will be used to generate a personalized report that each participant will receive at the workshop.
