Under his leadership\, the Downtown Alliance has created the Downtown Investment Strategy to align public and private investment priorities\, partnered with property owners to establish the Saint Paul Downtown Improvement District and its clean and safe services\, founded the Downtown Development Corporation to advance catalytic development projects\, and activated the streets with hundreds of free events\, public art installations\, and more.
