Known for transforming unique properties into vibrant community destinations\, Remes and First & First are introducing new branding\, improved aesthetics\, curated art installations\, and thoughtful wayfinding to strengthen Prior Works' identity and experience. As a key part of this vision\, the team recently commissioned artist Eric Rieger\, known as Hot Tea\, to install one of the largest sculptures in the world within the property marking a new chapter for Prior Works as an inspiring center for artistic enterprise in the Midway.\n\n\n\nLearn more about the project when you join us April 28!
