DESCRIPTION:Join the Midway and Saint Paul Area Chambers of Commerce as Saint Paul gets ready to kick off the Winter Carnival! \n\nCreate your own sugar cube ice palace to enter in either the individual or team competition. Your ticket to attend will include a beverage\, food samples\, musical entertainment and a change to vote on your favorite ice palace.\n\n\n\nStick around for a dance off between Chad Kulas\, President of the Midway Chamber and B Kyle\, President of the Saint Paul Area Chamber of Commerce. \n\nInvestment: \n\n$10 per person | $10 per Ice Palace Submission\n\nGuideline for Ice Palace submissions: \n\n\n	 Submissions are welcome after 4:30p.m. on January 16. Judging will take place at 6:30p.m. \n	 There will be both a team & and individual category with a Judge's pick and a crowd favorite for both categories. \n	 No more than 750 sugar cubes (4 grams each) may be used. \n	 Get creative! Movement\, lights & your imagination are welcome! \n\n\nAll proceeds to benefit the Saint Paul Festival and Heritage Foundation.\n\n\n\nEvent Partners
