\n\nTom Morgan is a professor in the Graduate Leadership Department at Augsburg College. He holds a PhD in educational policy from the University of Minnesota\, an MS in economics from the University of Oregon\, and anMBA in finance and operations research from the University of Denver. Morgan teaches a wide array of topics in the leadership program and is a popular speaker around the Twin Cities.
