To nominate someone\, simply complete this submission form HERE.\n\n\n\nAs we work together to build a better Midway\, we call upon our versatile members for nomination submissions. As you carefully and thoughtfully consider who you want to bestow the honor of a nomination on\, you may be wondering what guidelines would one use when determining how to nominate someone?
