However\, bias isn't limited to gender.\n\n\n\nThe Midway Chamber of Commerce invites you to participate in a facilitated activity designed by LeanIn.Org\, LLC as part of International Women's Day 2021 #ChooseToChallenge. A challenged world is an alert world and from challenge comes change. So let's all choose to challenge. We ask you and your guests to consider bias as a bi-product of processing information that needs to be consciously reworked. We all have a conscious and unconscious bias that influences how we engage with people. \n\n\n\nThroughout this session you will be invited to actively consider different types of bias\, the circumstances in which it exists\, and brainstorm ways to speak up. Since identification of bias isn't enough\, we want to give you a safe space to share how to create workplaces that are both diverse and inclusive.  \n\n\n\nHow will you help forge a gender equal world?
