She is a national leader\, speaker\, and writer on nonprofit strategy and finance and is an adjunct faculty member at the University of Minnesota Humphrey School. Before joining the organization in 2000\, Kate was a bank executive and an arts administrator. She has served on numerous boards of directors\, currently as board chair at the Jerome Foundation.
